Refund and Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges Policy for Sirenas Inc.

Returns for Refund:
We are pleased to accept returns for a refund on all items that are in like-new condition (no wear, unless defective, and with tags and hygienic liners in place) within 40 days of the original purchase date.

Exchanges and Store Credit:
Returns received within 45 days of the original purchase date are eligible for exchange and store credit only. Items beyond 45 days of the original purchase date are not eligible for return.

Sale Items:
No refunds or exchanges are permitted on sale items, including those purchased with promotional discount codes. All sale items are final.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs on the original order, including duties and taxes, are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on refunds and exchanges. However, if you are exchanging an item, we will cover the outbound shipping costs.

Refund Process:
Refunds are issued in the original payment form (minus the original shipping cost) and may take up to 14 business days to process.
